Bought this as a supplementary heater for our euro Mobil 810 integrated, thought it would be OK, I was surprised how good it works, took me about 4hr to install right into our existing ducting, as ours runs on gas only even on site, we were always worried about running out of auto gas. It heats better than our truma blown air, it also has a fob remote so you can switch on from indoors. I was very sceptical about it been a Chinese rip of and quite a low price, however it arrived a bit later than stated, but only 3 days, the seller kept me informed. The overall quality is ok, and all the pieces were there, installation was pretty straightforward, but I would recommend that you do as I did, I laid it out in the shed connected it all up with a cup of diesel, it fired up pretty quick, I checked all the control panel out, and exhaust was connected to right outlet there are two so better done beforehand, then instalation easier on van. I had it running on the van for 1.5hrs and apart from a little smell because it's new everything was OK. I have two carbon monoxide detecters in the van and they remained silent, I will run it for longer periods before using it when sleeping, but so far it's been well worth the investment. Our moho is 8.5mts so quite large and it more than meets our requirements. For the money it's OK, if I had a fault it would be it's slightly noisy but not overly intrusive, I'm a lorry driver and the webasto type run a little quieter, but they are close to a grand than £130, I'm happy with it overall, and our moho is going to bee warm as toast, before setting off on a cold morning from home. Heater and kit arrived and was packaged well, no damage to any items. I only had to purchase a couple more items for the job. The install was relatively easy, the hardest part was working out where to cutout a hole in the floor and ensuring it cleared any other items (brake lines/fuel lines/wiring) rather difficult on our Fiat Ducato 09. We opted to install our heater just behind the driver seat in a bench box/seat.. The heater takes a minute or so to start chucking hot air as during this period it is pre heating the glow pin. After which our camper is lovely and warm. Love the anti soot function when you switch the heater off too! The only things I would change/report are:- * The instructions can be misleading as they are in “Chinglish” however YouTube came in very handy plenty of informative videos on there, air is drawn in from the fan remember this when installing, don’t ask me how I know this :-) * the air intake ducting and hot air out ducting are very delicate so be careful * it would appear the thermostat is a few degrees out on our unit (not fussed given the price of heater, hot air is better than freezing your toes off!) * The fuel pump can be a little noisy when the heater is ran on low temperatures (I plan to mount it inside an insulated box soon) * We purchased some metal cable ties from Halfords to help route the exhaust pipe & also some electrical connectors as we shortened the wiring loom down to help prevent voltage loss. Bought on recommendation and has lived up to expectations. What is not good is the set up instruction sheet that is in "Chino-English" and has overprints of symbols where vital wording cannot be read. Fitting was easy enough due to a pic of Location of parts on the installation sheet. I resorted to YouTube to find out how to set up the controller and the remote and found a Facebook group called "Chinese Diesel vehicle air heaters - Troubleshooting & Parts sales.". You Tube and there are plenty of postings so check for postings And it is not a Planar heater but is Planar type

This heater is is great I've used it in the freezing Welsh hills and did the job great for the money I paid I didn't expect it to be so good would recommend highly. I've used other heaters I'm my camper and this one is the best by far.easy to fit easy to use good display and remote works from a good distance. All in all a bloody good buy. Po NO horror stories , full kit arrived 5 DAYS after payment Works perfect and the remote control fob works from inside my house and switches heater on and can adjust temperature also with the fob, or justs set the timer on the LCD panel For less than a 1/4 of the price of Webasto/ Eberspacs 1 her i don't think you could go wrong, The only bad pont is the length of exhaust , uther than that it's spot on Andy S
