I bought the body only as I wanted to choose the lenses myself and get good quality ones right for the photography I was wanting to do. The Nikon D5300 is fantastic! The Nikon D5300 is absolutely the best value camera on the market. It is rich in its features compared to other comparably priced cameras. The image quality is excellent. I just love the clever articulated LCD screen which makes it very versatile. It is relatively light too, compared with other similar cameras. Overall it is a great camera. I have absolutely no regrets in buying a Nikon D5300 camera.
